Great location near the heart of downtown, and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The hotel has beautiful and spacious common areas with relaxing garden views. The staff members were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for local activities.
The plumbing in our room could use some work as the shower temperature fluctuated throughout our stay. our room was near a busy street and we could hear noise from outside that interrupted our sleep.

Located on a street with little sidewalk, this hotel has a great location with a hillside view. Clean and spacious rooms with big windows and a comfortable king size bed. the hot shower was a plus and the balcony overlooking the street was nice.
Lacking in service with poor wifi and limited amenities such as a restaurant or laundry service.

Great staff and location with helpful services like storing luggage and arranging taxis. Clean rooms and good hotel facilities available. Parking and transportation is easily accessible.

The hotel had a good location, close to the main attractions of the city. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. there were some nice holiday decorations which made the atmosphere pleasant.
Our Christmas was not very enjoyable due to the noise level. the walls were thin and we could hear everything going on outside of our room.
